Do you want to acquire the knowledge and insight about how the Centre for Appreciation of Capability fulfils the role of assessor according to its unique methodology? Here you learn to approach and value the candidate in an open interview in a development-oriented way. You will learn how the candidate is invited to do his story. You get to know the competency model of the Centre for Appreciation of Capability and its methods extensively to determine the general employability level and employability potential of a candidate. You also take your first steps in development-oriented writing. At the end of the training, you have the knowledge and insights to successfully master the skills related to a Valuation interview.
For whom? (future) VNFIL providers, anyone who wants to master the profession of a VNFIL assessor a la Centre for Appreciation of Capability, HR professionals and managers (to properly interpret an Experience Certificate and to understand the impact of a WC on the candidate and his employer)

If you aim to become an assessor with us, a (free) intake interview of approximately one hour precedes the training.
At the end of that interview, you will immediately be informed whether we would like to apply you as an assessor, provided that you successfully complete the course. When deployed as an assessor, you will receive the training costs spread over twelve assessments from us.
